By accessing or using FC 360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FC 360 is a cloud-based video hosting and editing platform designed for football clubs. The Service allows users to upload, store, edit, annotate, and share video content.

3. Account Registration

To use FC 360, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Pricing

FC 360 offers subscription plans based on storage capacity. Current pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Storage Limits

Each subscription tier includes a specified amount of video storage. If you exceed your limit, you will need to upgrade your plan or delete existing content to upload new videos.

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all video content you upload to FC 360. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure that:

  • You have the right to upload and share the content
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws
  • You have obtained necessary consents from individuals appearing in videos

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates the privacy of others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Data and Archival

To manage storage costs, videos inactive for 60 days may be automatically moved to archival storage. Archived videos remain accessible but may have longer load times. You will be notified before archival occurs.

Upon account cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. You may request immediate deletion by contacting support.

8. Intellectual Property

The FC 360 platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by FC 360 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FC 360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law
