Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FC 360 ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FC 360 is a cloud-based video hosting and editing platform designed for soccer clubs and youth sports teams. The Service allows users to upload, store, edit, annotate, and share video content.

3. Account Registration

To use FC 360, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent if under 18
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Pricing

FC 360 hosting is priced per team. Each team on your subscription carries its own fixed allowance of video hours; what you pay is determined by how many teams you host, not by how much storage you consume. Current pricing, and the allowance included with each team, are shown on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the billing cycle you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your paid features are withdrawn and your account returns to the free tier as soon as the cancellation is processed, including where time remains in a period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused remainder of a billing period. Because access ends straight away rather than at the end of the period, only cancel when you are ready to stop using the paid Service.

Storage Limits

Each team on your subscription includes a fixed allowance of video hours. If a team reaches its allowance, you will need to add teams or hours to your subscription, or delete existing content, before you can upload more video for that team.

5. User Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of all video content you upload to FC 360. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure that:

  • You have the right to upload and share the content
  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights
  • Your content complies with all applicable laws
  • You have obtained necessary consents from individuals appearing in videos

Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates the privacy of others

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Deleting your account is immediate and permanent. When you delete your account, your account record and the data that cascades from it — including your videos, clips, annotations and exports — are deleted straight away, and your video files are deleted from our hosting provider at the same time. There is no grace period, no recycle bin and no way for us to restore your content afterwards. Export anything you want to keep before you delete your account.

Deleting an individual video works the same way: the video and its associated clips and annotations are removed immediately and cannot be recovered.

8. Intellectual Property

The FC 360 platform, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by FC 360 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FC 360 SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [TO BE CONFIRMED BY FC 360 — state not yet set], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [TO BE CONFIRMED BY FC 360 — county and state not yet set], and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
