Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 4, 2026

1. Introduction

FC 360 ("we," "our," or "us") operates the FC 360 platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.

By using FC 360, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

Personal Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Password (encrypted)
  • Club or team affiliation
  • Role within your organization

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by our payment providers (PayPal). We do not store your full credit card number. PayPal's privacy policy governs the handling of payment data.

Video Content

We store video files you upload to the platform. Videos are associated with your account and team. We do not access, view, or share your video content except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

Server Logs

We do not run behavioural analytics or product telemetry. There is no analytics or tracking library in the FC 360 web application, and we do not record which pages you visit, which features you use, or how long you spend on them.

Like any hosted service, our servers keep operational logs of the requests they receive. These typically contain the request itself, the responding status, your IP address and a timestamp. We use these logs only to keep the service secure, to investigate faults and abuse, and to troubleshoot problems you report to us. We do not use them to build a profile of you.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the FC 360 platform
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts
  • Respond to your comments and questions
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues, security incidents and abuse

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Video content is stored and streamed through our video hosting provider, Bunny Stream. Clips you export are stored with Bunny Storage so they can be downloaded. Your uploaded source video is held in one place only — we do not keep a separate backup or archival copy of it, so please keep your own copy of any footage you cannot afford to lose. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate our platform — application hosting, video hosting and delivery (Bunny), payment processing (PayPal) and transactional email. We do not share your data with advertising or analytics providers.
  • Team members: Other users within your club or team, according to your organization's settings
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data
  • Opt out of marketing communications

To exercise these rights, contact us at support@fc360.co.

Please note that account deletion is immediate and permanent. There is no retention window and no way for us to restore your account or your videos once you have deleted them, so export anything you want to keep first.

7. Children's and Players' Information

FC 360 is a platform for clubs and teams, and the players on those teams are often minors. Video of children, and roster information about them, is core to what the service does. We would rather describe that plainly than imply we avoid it.

Who may hold an account

Accounts used to administer a club — director, registrar, coach and parent accounts — must be held by someone aged 18 or over. A player under 18 may hold a player account only where their club has created or invited it and their parent or guardian has agreed to it.

Player information, and who controls it

Player records are created and managed by the club or team, not by FC 360. Depending on what the club enters, a player record may include the player's name, jersey number, birth year, team and age group, roster status, and video and clips in which the player appears.

The club decides what to enter, who may see it, and how long it is kept. The club is responsible for obtaining consent from a player's parent or guardian before adding that player to a roster or uploading video in which the player appears, and for making sure that consent covers use of FC 360. FC 360 processes player information on the club's instructions, as a service provider to the club, and for no other purpose.

What we do not do with it

We do not sell player information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles or to train models. We do not make player information or video public. Access is limited to members of the player's club and team according to your organisation's settings, plus anyone your club chooses to share a link with.

Parents and guardians

If you are a parent or guardian and you want to see, correct, restrict or delete your child's information, contact your club first — the club controls that record and can act on it directly. You may also write to us at support@fc360.co and we will work with the club to action your request, and will tell you what we have done.

If you believe a child's information has been added to FC 360 without the consent of a parent or guardian, contact us at support@fc360.co and we will investigate and remove it where appropriate.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
