Video Content

We store video files you upload to the platform. Videos are associated with your account and team. We do not access, view, or share your video content except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

Usage Data

We automatically collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the FC 360 platform
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Send administrative messages, updates, and security alerts

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Video content is stored with our video hosting provider (Mux) and archival storage (AWS S3). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

After 60 days of inactivity, video files may be automatically moved to archival storage to optimize costs. Archived videos remain accessible but may take longer to load.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service providers: Third parties that help us operate our platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
  • Team members: Other users within your club or team, according to your organization's settings
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights
